Dear Gator Swim Team Families,

We’re excited to announce a special movie night for our team! In keeping with this year’s To the Swamp and Beyond theme, we are planning to reserve a theater at Icon Cinema 4 Hills to see Toy Story 5. This will be a private event just for our Gator community.

Event Details:

• 📅 Date: Tuesday, June 23
• ⏰ Time: 6:30 PM arrival, movie starts at 7:00 PM. Runtime is 102 minutes, so please plan for pickup around 8:45 PM.
• 📍 Location: Icon Cinema 4 Hills
• ✅ RSVP: RSVP via SwimTopia and include everyone attending, including swimmers, siblings, guests, and parents who plan to stay.
• 💵 Cost: $12 per person, paid via Venmo to Andrew Steele when you RSVP. This includes movie admission and a kids snack pack.
• 🎥 About the Movie: Common Sense Media – Toy Story 5

Parents are welcome to drop their kids off or stay and enjoy the movie with us. Friends and siblings who are not on the swim team are welcome to join the fun, but if you bring non-swim team kids, a swim team parent must stay for the movie.

Please note that this event will take the place of Stroke & Turn on Tuesday, June 23rd.

Please RSVP and pay by Monday, June 9 if you know you plan to attend. We currently have space reserved for 77 attendees, but the theater may be able to move us into a larger theater if we know early enough that we are likely to exceed that number. If interest is high, we may be able to continue accepting RSVPs beyond 77, depending on theater availability.
